A line that keeps moving, and shelves refilled before they run empty

One system from your supplier to your customer: barcodes and your scale at the till, stock for every product, and online orders picked right. The routine steps run by themselves, on the tablet or computer you already have.

The till of a shop: products with pictures, a carton of milk chosen in its 2 litre size, cheese weighed at 0.75 kg, and the total

Your whole shop, end to end

From the supplier to the customer, every step is connected, and what can run by itself does.

The queue reaches the door

In a shop, the line keeps moving

Scan and sell

A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner, or the camera of any tablet. Products come in from an Excel template made for shops, with their barcodes and carton codes; a new barcode is added at the till by a manager and sold at once.

Goods by the kilo

Type the weight, scan the label your scale prints, or read a scale connected by cable. The price follows the weight.

Sizes and flavours as one

One product on the screen; the cashier picks the size or flavour, each with its own price and barcode.

Customers scan with their phone

A card at the door: customers scan as they shop, on their own phone, in their language, and show a code at the till.

Checked, then paid at the till

The cashier opens the basket, scans a few products to check it, and takes the payment at the till's prices.

Buy by the carton, sell by the piece

Order and receive in cartons or packs; stock stays in pieces and every sale takes one off. A supplier on Mazbut who sells by the carton sets the size and the carton price.

More than one barcode

A product keeps every barcode it comes with. Scan the carton's barcode and the pieces in it go on the bill, or into the count, in one scan.

Cash you can trust

Shifts with the drawer counted at close, refunds with a manager's approval, and cashier discounts with a limit and a minimum order.

Who weighs the online orders?

Online orders, picked right

Customers order from your own link or the Mazbut marketplace. Orders arrive on the picking list; whoever picks weighs the goods sold by the kilo, and the price follows the real weight. A weight far from the one ordered needs a manager.

Everything else a shop needs

Stock for every product

Each sale takes it off by itself; low stock becomes an order to approve. Count the shelves and receive deliveries by scanning, with the phone camera or a scanner, per branch.

Suppliers on Mazbut

Order from suppliers or ask them for prices. Auto-order prepares what is low; you approve it and it goes. See what you owe each supplier, and what is overdue, by its payment terms.

Delivery

Your own drivers or a delivery company, with the cash settled at the till.

Reports and a morning email

Any day, week or month against the one before, which products earn and which only sell, and yesterday in your inbox.

Offers and promo codes

Prices that drop by themselves on chosen days and hours, with a minimum order if you like, and offers by email to the customers who asked for them.

Shelf labels

Print price labels with the barcode, on an A4 sticker sheet or a label printer, only for the prices that changed since the last print.

Customer credit (آجل)

Regulars buy now and pay later, up to the limit you set. A cashier cannot go over it without a manager; each customer's statement shows every sale and payment.

Cash in other currencies

Dollars, euros, pounds sterling or riyals at your rate of the day; change in pounds, each currency counted apart at the close.

Your shop online in Russian, Italian and German

Tourists order in their own language. Translate product names on screen or in Excel; what you skip shows in English.

Arabic the way your staff speak

Every screen in plain Egyptian Arabic, or English, with a "?" that explains it. Our planned maintenance is announced on it beforehand.

What runs by itself, and what stays yours

We would rather say it now than after you sign.

Runs by itself

  • Online orders reach the picking list
  • Every sale takes its stock off
  • Low stock becomes an order you approve
  • Offers start and stop at their hours
  • Your numbers arrive every morning

Stays with you and your staff

  • Picking, weighing and delivering
  • Counting the cash
  • Approving what you buy
  • Accounting and payroll: Mazbut does neither
  • ETA e-receipts: Mazbut does not issue them

One monthly price, less when you pay ahead

No devices to buy from us: use the tablet, phone or computer you already have, in an up-to-date browser. Printing receipts without a dialog and the cash drawer need an Android tablet or a computer; a scale on a cable needs a computer. Scanners, scales and printers are yours.

Monthly subscription

Every screen, for your whole team.

Onboarding (optional)

Paid once: your products entered for you and your staff trained.
