Still chasing restaurants and shops by phone?

Restaurants and shops order from you, without the phone calls

Restaurants, cafés and shops run their business end to end on Mazbut. When their stock runs low, their orders and their requests for prices reach you by themselves, on your computer or your phone.

What do I have to do?

Three steps, then the orders come to you

Join and add your products

Your products with their prices, the unit or carton you sell by and the smallest order, typed in or brought from Excel, and the areas you deliver to. Our team checks who you are, then approves you.

Restaurants and shops find you

Restaurants and shops in your areas see your products, add you to their suppliers, and link their stock to what you sell.

Orders and requests come to you

Accept an order with a delivery day, or decline with a reason. Answer requests for prices with your offer. Each day's loading list adds up every product and lists the drops by area, ready to print.

Is it worth it for me?

More orders, fewer calls, and a record of everything

Orders that arrive by themselves

A restaurant or a shop can let its stock order from you when something runs low. You see which orders auto-order sent.

Requests for prices

A restaurant or a shop asks for a price on a product and a quantity. Other suppliers never see your offer, and you never see theirs.

One place for each customer

Orders, messages, agreements and what each restaurant or shop owes you, by the payment terms it set, in one place, so there is a record if anything is disputed.

Only the areas you serve

Pick the areas you deliver to. Only restaurants and shops there see you, and only their requests reach you.

Arabic or English, phone or computer

The supplier screen works in a browser. Nothing to install. News from Mazbut and planned maintenance show at the top.

Clear monthly invoices

One invoice a month for your subscription and the commission, with every order behind it. The commission counts what was received, not what was ordered.

What will it cost me?

A monthly price, and a commission only on what is delivered

The supplier screen works in a browser, on your phone or computer. Nothing to install.

Monthly subscription

From the month you are approved. It stops while your account is suspended.

Commission

Only on what restaurants and shops receive from you through Mazbut. Nothing on orders you take outside Mazbut.

One invoice a month for both, by email and on your screen, with every order behind it.

Straight answers

Do my customers see my other customers or my prices to them?

No. A restaurant or shop sees your product list and its own orders. They never see your email, and you never see their stock or sales.

Can I change my prices?

Any time. New orders use the new price; orders already sent keep theirs.

Can I sell by the kilo or by the carton when a restaurant counts in grams or pieces?

Yes. Sell by the unit or the carton you really sell by; Mazbut converts the price for the restaurant, and orders to you come in whole cartons.

Do I have to chase my customers for orders?

No. When their stock runs low, auto-order prepares the order for your products; once they approve it, it reaches you by itself.

Who makes my invoice?

Mazbut, once a month, by itself: the subscription and the commission on what was delivered. You see the month and the year so far at the top of Orders.

How do I get paid?

As you do today: Mazbut carries the orders, not the money between you and your customers.
